Trail Mix
Here's an easy trail mix that I threw together this week. I just mixed in a bunch of things that sounded good. It turned out pretty well. My guys have been munching on it and are taking baggies of it on their camping trip this weekend. In a large bowl I mixed together 1 bag each of blueberry Craisins, pomegranate Craisins, banana chips, and chopped dates; half a jar each of dry roasted peanuts and sunflower kernels, about 3 or 4 cups of wheat Chex, and a 12 ounce bag of mini M&Ms.
